We build the form and tracker on your site. You get setup, ongoing fixes, field changes, wording updates, and monthly request counts.

You pay only the monthly fee. No extra setup charges. Work starts after you give us site access. Takes 3 to 5 business days.
Full year plan
Your plan runs 12 months, $2,988 total before any discount. Nothing goes live on your site until you approve a test request. After 12 months you can cancel anytime.

Does this work with my site platform?
Most likely. We work with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and hand-coded sites. If your site can't be set up, we'll tell you during the initial talk. No charge to find out.
How do you get access to my site?
You give us temporary login or staging access. We build the form and tracker where only your team sees it. After we're done and you approve it, we remove our access. If something needs a fix, we handle it from within the tracker.
How long does this take?
Build takes 3 to 5 business days after you give us site access. During that time you can watch it come together. Homeowner requests arrive live as soon as it goes up.
How is this different from instant-quote tools like Roofle or Roofr?
Those give the homeowner a price from satellite images. This collects roof photos, budget and timeline so your estimator shows up prepared. A satellite can't see storm damage or a leak; a photo can. You can run both side by side.
Does it work for repair calls, or only replacements?
Both. Homeowners pick repair, replacement or storm damage, and the repair path stays short. Photos let your team see the problem before anyone drives out.
Who is this not a fit for?
If your site gets very few requests, this won't help much. It organizes the requests you already get; it doesn't create new ones. We'll tell you on the call if that's you.
Will this guarantee more jobs or leads?
No. We set up a system so customers can send you a complete estimate request. But we can't guarantee new leads, jobs, or revenue. That depends on your market, your pricing, and how people find you.
What if I cancel or need to end my service?
The 12-month minimum runs from your first payment. If you cancel before month 12, you'll owe the remainder. After 12 months you can cancel anytime. The form and tracker stay on your site.
How does payment work?
First month of $249 is paid before we start the build. Then $249 each month after. We bill the same day each month. Pay by card or bank transfer. Cancel anytime after the 12-month term.
